Masks are still required at both Max Health Fredericton clinics. As essential healthcare providers, we treat a variety of clientele including those who are vulnerable and immunocompromised. The health and safety of our clients and team continue to be our priority. It is the responsibility of Max Health Institute & Physiotherapy Fredericton to adhere to the Occupational Health & Safety Act as it pertains to communicable diseases.
Our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapists, Occupational Therapist, Osteopath, and Pedorthist, are available for IN-PERSON care and our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Occupational Therapist are able to offer ONLINE TELEHEALTH appointments.

When to reschedule your appointment.
Please contact us at 506-451-6837 to reschedule your appointment or change it to an ONLINE TELEHEALTH appointment if:
-You have tested positive for COVID-19 on a PCR or rapid test,
-If you have:
ONE of the following symptoms: fever, or loss of sense of taste or smell;
or
TWO of the following symptoms: a new cough or worsening chronic cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, headache, diarrhea, new onset of fatigue, or purple markings on the fingers and toes of children.
What is expected of ALL clients and staff at EVERY appointment?
-Self-Monitoring & honest communication with our staff regarding any symptoms. If you have two or more symptoms of COVID-19, please contact us at 506-451-6837 and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.
-Wear a proper Non-Medicinal Mask OR Face Covering PRIOR TO ENTERING the clinic(s). Masks must be worn at all times unless proof of medical exemption is provided to us.
-Ensure proper hand sanitizing before proceeding to the administration desk.
-Frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing.
-When possible, please wait in your vehicle or outside the building until your scheduled appointment time to reduce traffic in our waiting/reception area.
-We ask that you please sanitize your hands prior to exiting the clinic.

When appropriate, Online TeleHealth is still available and encouraged for clients who are not comfortable attending in-person Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Occupational Therapy appointments.
