Our PROSPECT STREET and CURRIE CENTER clinics remain open during the updated Yellow Level of New Brunswick’s pandemic recovery plan.
Our Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapists, and Osteopath will be available for IN-PERSON care and our Physiotherapists and Chiropractors are able to offer ONLINE TELEHEALTH appointments.
The safety of our clients and staff are of the utmost importance; therefore, you can expect to see some changes to our operations.
What is expected of ALL clients and staff at EVERY appointment?
–Self-Monitoring & honest communication with our staff regarding any symptoms.
-Wear a proper Non-Medicinal Mask OR Face Covering.
-Clients be prepared to pay by Debit/Visa/MasterCard or by e-Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org (Currie Center) or email@example.com (Prospect Street) using your LAST NAME as your PASSWORD. This will reduce the handling of cash.
What changes have we made to our operations?

-When possible, please wait in your vehicle or outside the building until your scheduled appointment time. If these measures are not possible, please discuss your situation with our administrative staff.
-Please ensure proper Hand Sanitizing before proceeding to the administration desk.
-You will be asked to review the COVID-19 Screening Tool that are posted on the exterior doors and on the plexiglass barrier at the administration desk. If you have been cleared for treatment, your practitioner will guide you to the designated sanitized treatment area. If you are not cleared, you will be asked to return home to Self-Isolate.
-All staff & clients are to adhere to proper social distancing measures while in the clinic, with the exception of receiving hands-on therapy.
-Each practitioner will be wearing proper PPE as required by Public Health and their College/Association.
-When your appointment is complete, your practitioner will escort you to the administration desk to discuss billing, payment, and scheduling of subsequent treatments. We ask that clients pay electronically to avoid the handling of cash.
-We ask that you please sanitize your hands prior to exiting the clinic.
When appropriate, Online TeleHealth is still available and encouraged for clients who are not comfortable attending in-person appointments.
